Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Middle East ABC. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed through www.middleeast-abc.com or via our quotation/inquiry process.
1) Overview
Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and labels intact. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before sending anything back—see “How to start a return” below.
Non-returnable items
- Custom, special-order, or made-to-spec items.
- Consumables and wear parts (e.g., abrasives, cutting inserts, lubricants) once opened/used.
- Electrical/electronic components that have been installed or powered.
- Items exposed to hazardous materials, improper use, alteration, or poor storage.
- Safety, hygiene, or calibration-sensitive products where seal/packaging is broken.
- Software/licenses or downloadable items (if applicable).
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
Note: Perishable goods and dangerous goods are not accepted for return. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
2) How to start a return (RMA)
- Email us at sale@middleeast-abc.com with your order/quotation number, item(s), and reason for return.
- We will review eligibility and, if approved, issue an RMA number and the return shipping instructions/address in Ajman, UAE.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging and write the RMA number clearly on the outer carton.
- Ship the parcel using a trackable service and share the tracking number with us by email.
Returns should not be sent to the manufacturer unless we instruct otherwise. Unauthorised or COD parcels will be declined.
3) Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. For an exchange of the same item (or a close equivalent if the original is unavailable), email sale@middleeast-abc.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos/videos showing the issue.
4) Inspection, approval & restocking
Once your return is received, it will be inspected. We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
If the item is not received in original condition or missing parts, a restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply, or the return may be refused.
5) Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (unless otherwise agreed). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Original shipping/freight, insurance, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped or confirmed defect on arrival).
Late or missing refunds
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your card issuer or bank; processing times can vary.
- If you still have not received your refund after our confirmation, email us at sale@middleeast-abc.com.
6) Return shipping costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, use a trackable/insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
7) International returns
For returns from outside the UAE, clearly mark the shipment as “Returned Goods.” Any import duties, taxes, brokerage, or return customs charges are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. These amounts are not refundable by us.
8) Sale, clearance & special offers
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale, promotional, or clearance items are not refundable unless defective on arrival.
9) Warranty
Some products carry a manufacturer’s warranty. If a warranty applies, we will assist with the claim process according to the manufacturer’s terms. Warranty claims typically cover defects in materials/workmanship and do not cover misuse, wear parts, or consumables.
